I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

1. I have read the return & shipping policy page
1. I confirm that my email and shipping address is correct.
   
2. I understand that Nurse&Company isn’t responsible for any delays caused by the USPS or rescheduled deliveries . 
3. I understand that Nurse&Company  offers a  90 day warranty on all Tote bags for any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange for a replacement will be honored. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for servicing or repairs. It is important to note that any issues with a product outside of the 90-day warranty period will be the responsibility of the customer 
4. I understand that Nurse&Company is not responsible for any damages to products caused by any mishandling or neglect caused by customer
