Still waiting for bag

"I ordered this bag on the 16th of January. Today is the 12 th of February and have still not received the bag. When I first attempted to order they were out of stock, I waited for it to come back into stock and ordered it on the 16 of January. What I am saying is the bag was in stock when the order was placed. What is the hold up? This bag was 100. 00."
